| About this Job | |
| 1. Coordinate with field sales executives and Zonal Sales Managers to support sales activities across clinics and hospitals. 2. Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure timely action by the field team. 3. Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and customer data in the CRM. 4. Track sales pipeline, conversions, and prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management. 5. Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, pricing, and sales documentation (including ISO-related documents). | |
| Joining Responsibilities | |
| Handle sales contracts, order forms, approvals, and ensure policy compliance. Coordinate with product, production, technical, and marketing teams for feasibility, delivery timelines, and events. Support smooth implementation by clearly communicating customer requirements. Identify process gaps, standardize documentation, and suggest improvements to enhance sales efficiency. | |
| Candidate Requirement | |
| 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 2. Min 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Sales Support, preferably in B2B or healthcare/medical tech. 3. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets/AI tools for reporting and tracking. 4. Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills. 5. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment. 6. Experience working with hardware products, hospitals, or healthcare institutions. 7. Exposure to medical devices, health tech, or SaaS-based healthcare solutions. 8. Understanding of proposal-based B2B sales cycles. | |
